Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports for divisional operations
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of financial data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the homebuilding industry
• Strong proficiency with financial software and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
