What This Role Involves
The Director of Enterprise Process Transformation will own the design and governance of ANA’s end-to-end business processes, ensuring their proper implementation and adherence across all departments. This role will establish a unified process architecture, aligning operations, HR, finance, IT, sales, marketing, engineering, support, and supply chain to ensure departmental decisions support downstream workflows and system integrity.
