About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a Senior Agile Coach to guide teams and leadership through Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a remote opportunity based in the United States, working with technical delivery teams across the enterprise.
Our client is committed to strengthening Agile practices, improving delivery predictability, and fostering collaborative team environments that drive measurable outcomes. You'll work at the intersection of coaching, facilitation, and strategic improvement—helping remove impediments and build sustainable Agile capabilities across complex technical workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Coach Agile teams and leaders on principles, roles, practices, and team structures to improve flow, predictability, and delivery outcomes
- Identify and help remove systemic impediments that limit team effectiveness or consistent Agile adoption
- Facilitate Agile workshops, training sessions, and coaching tailored to team maturity and role-specific needs
- Support Agile reporting and tooling practices to enhance transparency, delivery visibility, and continuous improvement
- Partner with Scrum Masters, product owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders to elevate delivery practices across technical initiatives
- Communicate Agile adoption progress, delivery risks, improvement opportunities, and recommended actions to project and functional leaders
- Mentor peers and team members on practical Agile behaviors, facilitation techniques, and effective use of Agile ceremonies
- Own complex Agile workstreams or technical delivery areas, operating with limited guidance at a senior technical level
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: 7+ years in Agile coaching, enterprise Agile transformation, technical project management, program management, Scrum Master, Product Manager, or related field
- Certifications (preferred): SAFe SPC, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile methodology certifications
- Proven ability to coach teams and leaders through Agile adoption and maturity growth
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience identifying and addressing systemic delivery impediments
- Comfort working with Agile reporting tools and frameworks to drive transparency and insights
