Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, research, or a related discipline
• Documented experience in clinical research coordination or comparable healthcare research roles

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop research team members
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and research protocol procedures
