What You'll Do

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in developing evidence‑based behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement ABA programs in home, school, and community settings, ensuring fidelity to prescribed protocols.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress, preparing regular reports for supervisors and stakeholders.
  • Provide on‑the‑job training, feedback, and supervision to behavior technician staff.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to generalize skills across environments.

  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain it.
  • Minimum of two years of hands‑on experience delivering ABA services to individuals with developmental or behavioral needs.
  • Strong understanding of behavior‑analytic principles, including reinforcement strategies, prompting, and data collection methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing schedules, and maintain professionalism in diverse settings.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community‑based visits.
