About the Role

In this position you will provide direct behavior‑analytic intervention, support the implementation of individualized treatment plans, and help mentor junior technicians while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote meaningful progress.

What You'll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in developing evidence‑based behavior intervention plans.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, and community settings, ensuring fidelity to prescribed protocols.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress, preparing regular reports for supervisors and stakeholders.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, feedback, and supervision to behavior technician staff.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to generalize skills across environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education activities.

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• Minimum of two years of hands‑on experience delivering ABA services to individuals with developmental or behavioral needs.
• Strong understanding of behavior‑analytic principles, including reinforcement strategies, prompting, and data collection methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing schedules, and maintain professionalism in diverse settings.
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community‑based visits.
