About the Role

As a Scheduler within Kiewit Nuclear Solutions, you'll sit at the center of our Project Controls function, building and maintaining the schedules that keep complex nuclear and DOE projects on track. This is a hands-on, mid-level position where your work directly influences delivery outcomes across the full life of each project. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for nuclear and Department of Energy work.
• Partner with project teams to plan activities, sequence work, and identify critical paths.
• Track progress against baseline schedules and flag variances early.
• Support project controls reporting and forecasting to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate across disciplines to keep schedule logic accurate and current.

Qualifications

• Mid-level experience in scheduling, planning, or project controls.
• Familiarity with nuclear, DOE, or comparable large-scale construction or engineering projects is valuable.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with scheduling tools and methodologies.
• A hands-on, collaborative approach and close attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on-site in Hillview, Bonneville County, Idaho (this is a full-time, non-remote position).
