SAP – Finance – Controlling – Manager – Consulting – Location OPEN

EY is hiring a SAP Finance and Controlling Manager to join our consulting practice in Tallahassee, Leon County. This is a full-time opportunity to drive financial systems transformation and business process optimization for enterprise clients across the region.

About the Role

You'll lead SAP finance and controlling implementations and optimization engagements, working directly with C-suite finance leaders to modernize their financial operations. Your expertise in SAP modules—particularly FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling)—will help clients streamline month-end close cycles, implement real-time financial reporting, and establish cost accounting frameworks that drive profitability insights.

What You'll Do

• Design and architect SAP finance solutions that align with client business strategy and operational goals
• Manage end-to-end implementations and system upgrades, from requirements gathering through go-live support
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, and end-users through complex financial process redesigns
• Translate client needs into technical SAP configurations, change management plans, and training strategies
• Oversee testing protocols, data migration, and system validation to ensure quality and compliance
• Deliver ongoing post-implementation optimization and advisory services to maximize system value
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to expand EY's advisory footprint

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of SAP implementation or consulting experience in Finance and Controlling modules
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes, cost center accounting, and profit center reporting
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and lead teams in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, cloud deployments, and modern financial systems architecture
• Excellent communication skills—ability to explain complex SAP concepts to both technical and business audiences
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
