About the Role

As Maintenance at our McDonald's restaurant in Denton, you'll be responsible for maintaining the restaurant's physical infrastructure and equipment to ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations. This is a hands-on role supporting both the front-of-house and back-of-house environments, working as part of a team committed to operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical components
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant facility to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Keep the facility clean and organized, including restocking supplies and managing equipment maintenance schedules
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management and other team members
• Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities and equipment repairs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and local building codes
• Support deep cleaning projects and facility upgrades as needed

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in maintenance, facilities management, or general repairs (preferred but not required)
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
• Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems and procedures
• Valid driver's license or transportation to the Denton location
