You'll be the first point of contact for guests and owners, managing critical transitions throughout their stays while ensuring a welcoming, organized environment. The role carries a sales component—promoting packages, experiences, and services to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business results.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests and owners upon arrival; process check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and warmth
- Provide information about resort amenities, activities, and vacation packages
- Supervise and support childcare activities, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of children in our care
- Coordinate recreational programs and special events that enhance the vacation experience
- Cross-sell resort services and upgrade opportunities where appropriate
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
