About the Role
We're seeking an experienced professional to represent buyers and sellers in the greater Philadelphia region and beyond. As a real estate agent with us, you'll join a collaborative team dedicated to putting people before automation, where your expertise and client focus are valued and rewarded.
What You'll Do
- List and sell residential properties for both individual clients and commercial partners
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with buyers and sellers in your assigned areas
- Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to price and position properties for success
- Manage the full transaction lifecycle from initial consultation through closing
- Navigate market trends and regulatory requirements across Philadelphia County, South Jersey, and the Jersey Shore
- Partner with colleagues to share market knowledge and drive mutual success
What We're Looking For
- Active real estate license in Pennsylvania or New Jersey (or ability to obtain one)
- Demonstrated experience succeeding in residential real estate sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Genuine commitment to understanding client needs and building lasting relationships
- Self-motivated approach with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with Philadelphia County, South Jersey, Asbury Park, or similar markets a plus
