About the Role
As Sales Director of Innovation Products at Minth North America, you'll spearhead commercial expansion for our advanced product portfolio across the U.S. market. Based in the Financial District of San Francisco, you'll drive revenue growth while establishing Minth as a trusted partner for innovative hardware and infrastructure solutions in the Bay Area and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share for energy storage hardware, robotic components, and AI data center infrastructure
- Build and nurture relationships with key enterprise and institutional clients across the United States
- Identify emerging market opportunities in the innovation products space and position solutions to meet customer needs
- Lead business development initiatives that establish Minth's presence throughout the Bay Area and broader U.S. markets
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align sales objectives with company capabilities
- Manage sales processes from opportunity identification through contract closure and ongoing account management
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, ideally with enterprise or advanced technology products
- Demonstrated success growing market presence and building sales pipelines in competitive sectors
- Strong understanding of energy storage, robotics, AI infrastructure, or related emerging technology markets
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
- Based in or relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area
