Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 applied behavior analysis therapy sessions in the client's home, implementing individualized treatment plans
- Carry out behavior intervention strategies and monitor client progress throughout each session
- Document session activities and observations according to clinical team standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and the broader care team to support the child's therapeutic objectives
- Maintain a supportive, patient presence during all therapy interactions
What You Bring
- Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification or equivalent ABA therapy credentials
- Hands-on experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder or behavioral challenges
- Ability to implement treatment protocols accurately and document client observations
- Availability to work Mondays and Fridays from 3:15 PM to 6:15 PM at the client's Spring Lake residence
- Strong interpersonal skills and authentic commitment to supporting child development and wellness
