Sales Development Representative (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech startup in Berlin that is transforming how European businesses handle accounting and tax advisory. As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

• Convert inbound demand from strategic partnerships into qualified meetings through sharp discovery conversations
• Drive personalized, high-quality outbound prospecting by identifying and qualifying founders, CFOs, finance leads, and accounting firm partners that match ideal customer profiles
• Test and validate new tactics across multiple channels to generate qualified leads, from cold calling to in-person activation
• Work with an AI-powered tech stack to boost your outputs and crush quotas
• Collaborate closely with go-to-market and product teams to sharpen targeting, messaging, and positioning
• Help build scalable GTM playbooks as the SDR function grows

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone with:

• 1-2 years of SDR/BDR experience in a high-velocity motion with focus on SMBs in accounting, payroll, or tax sectors
• Proven track record of crushing quotas and setting ambitious goals
• Daily experience using AI tech stack tools
• Natural phone skills with genuine enthusiasm for cold calling and seeing every call as an opportunity
• High coachability and openness to feedback, treating each conversation as a data point
• Desire to learn the entire sales cycle and grow continuously
• German fluency (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher)

Bonus qualifications:

• Previous entrepreneurial experience
• Proficiency with AI-first outbound sales tools from day one
• Experience with B2B SMBs in accounting, payroll, or tax industries
• Background at a fast-growing company (late seed to Series B)
