Sales Consultant – Full Time

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers shopping for used vehicles. Your goal is to understand each customer's transportation needs, preferences, and budget—then guide them to a vehicle that truly matches their situation, not simply push the highest-priced option. You'll build trust through honest conversations and product knowledge, helping customers feel confident in their purchase.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers, listen to their transportation needs, and assess their vehicle preferences
• Provide knowledgeable guidance about vehicle features, condition, pricing, and value
• Conduct test drives and answer questions about inventory and financing options
• Help customers through the sales process with professionalism and transparency
• Build lasting customer relationships that support repeat business and referrals
