About the Role

As a Flow Inventory Associate at CarMax, you'll play a critical role in our Phoenix-area operations. Working at our 1480 E Motorplex Loop location in Gilbert, you'll be at the heart of our inventory management, ensuring every vehicle is properly processed, documented, and prepared to meet our high standards. This full-time role combines precision, teamwork, and a passion for excellence in a dynamic automotive retail setting.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming vehicles with meticulous attention to detail
• Maintain accurate inventory records and vehicle documentation
• Prepare vehicles for sale and customer inspection
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient operations throughout the day
• Support the complete vehicle flow process from intake to final preparation
• Follow all safety and company procedures in our warehouse and lot environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated attention to accuracy
• Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, hands-on settings
• Prior experience in inventory management, logistics, or automotive retail (preferred)
• Reliable work ethic, dependability, and a positive, collaborative attitude

• Physical capability to perform warehouse and lot-based duties
