About the Role

As a full-time caregiver with Stand Out Home Care, you'll help clients maintain independence and dignity in their own homes while building a meaningful career in home health care.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors and vulnerable adults
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry as needed
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervising nurses about client wellbeing
• Document care activities and maintain accurate client records
• Support medication reminders and appointment scheduling (as directed)
• Respond compassionately to client needs and concerns

What We're Looking For

• Genuine compassion for helping older adults and people with disabilities
• Reliability and consistent attendance in a full-time role
• Ability to work independently in home settings with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Physical capability to assist clients with mobility and personal care
• Flexibility with schedule and willingness to adapt to client needs
• No prior caregiving experience required—we provide training and support
