In this full-time role, you'll serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their benefits programs run smoothly and drive real value for their employees.

About the Role

As Client Manager for Group Benefits at Oswald, you'll own the ongoing success of assigned client accounts. You'll combine strategic partnership with hands-on problem-solving, making sure each client's benefits strategy stays aligned with their business goals and employee needs.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with group benefits clients throughout the Cleveland area and beyond
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and professional responsiveness
• Coordinate plan renewals, policy updates, and benefits education initiatives for client employee populations
• Research solutions to client challenges, staying current with industry changes and regulatory requirements
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and program performance
• Communicate regularly with internal teams to deliver seamless service and resolve issues efficiently
• Develop and execute strategies to support client retention and account growth

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in client management, account management, or client services in benefits, insurance, or HR
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and partnerships with diverse clients
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy with benefits data and documentation
• Proficiency in researching and synthesizing information to solve client problems
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
• Knowledge of group benefits, employee benefits, or health insurance a plus
