Flexible Caregiver

Stand Out Home Care is hiring dedicated caregivers in Buckeye and throughout Maricopa County to provide support to family members and friends through Arizona's Long Term Care System. This full-time opportunity lets you earn income while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those you care about most.

About the Role

Are you already providing day-to-day support to a loved one? Stand Out Home Care can help you turn that caregiving into a paid position. We connect qualified family and friend caregivers with eligible individuals through the ALTCS program, which reimburses caregivers for the assistance they provide. You'll maintain flexible scheduling while delivering reliable, patient-centered support in the Buckeye area.

What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help prepare meals and provide nutritional assistance
• Manage medication reminders and organization
• Support mobility and transportation to appointments
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment
• Communicate with family members and healthcare providers about client needs

What We're Looking For

• A kind, patient, and dependable caregiver who is genuinely committed to helping others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage flexible scheduling
• Respect for client dignity and confidentiality
• No prior caregiving experience required
• Authorization to work in the United States
