About the Role
This full-time Caregiver/CNA position offers the opportunity to provide essential care to seniors throughout Northfield and Rice County. You'll work directly with clients, combining caregiving skills with empathy and attentiveness to ensure their physical comfort, emotional support, and overall well-being.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare meals and provide assistance with eating as needed
- Monitor medication schedules and provide reminders to clients
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
- Maintain clean and safe care environments
- Provide supportive care that respects client autonomy and dignity
What We're Looking For
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent caregiving qualification
- Experience providing direct personal care to seniors

- Professional reliability and strong work ethic
- Physical capability to assist clients with mobility and daily activities
- Commitment to supporting clients' independence and dignity
