Our Registered Nurse Graduate Residency creates an intentional pathway from nursing school to confident independent practice. Over twelve months, you'll advance from new graduate to proficient bedside nurse, working alongside experienced mentors within a supportive cohort of peers navigating the same professional transition.

What You'll Do

• Deliver direct patient care in acute care settings under structured guidance from experienced RNs
• Develop clinical competencies in patient assessment, safety protocols, and therapeutic communication
• Participate in organized didactic education and simulation training designed for graduate nurses
• Build proficiency with electronic health records, medical-surgical nursing concepts, and care coordination
• Collaborate across interprofessional teams including physicians, therapists, and clinical support staff
• Apply evidence-based practice standards and facility protocols to patient care decisions

What We're Looking For

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program in 2026, holding an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current or soon-to-be-obtained Texas Registered Nurse license
• Solid clinical knowledge foundation from your nursing education
• Strong commitment to professional growth and quality patient outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
