About the Role

As a full-time Grocery Team Member, you'll support the daily operations of our store through multiple critical functions: stocking shelves with fresh produce and grocery items, managing inventory systems to ensure product availability, providing friendly floor service to help customers find what they need, and delivering exceptional customer service at checkout and throughout the store. This is hands-on work that directly impacts our customers' ability to access quality whole foods and our store's success.

What You'll Do

• Stock and merchandise grocery items, produce, and specialty products with attention to presentation and quality
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation using FIFO principles
• Respond to customer requests on the floor, answer product questions, and locate items efficiently
• Provide welcoming, helpful customer service and handle transactions at checkout
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and sales floors that meet company standards
• Report discrepancies and contribute to loss prevention efforts
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily operational goals

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40+ pounds regularly
