RN – Part time

Benchmark Senior Living in Plymouth, Plymouth County is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, quality nursing care to our residents in a supportive, home-centered community setting.

The Opportunity

This part-time RN position offers the chance to make a direct difference in residents' lives within a welcoming senior living community. The role combines clinical expertise with genuine human connection, in an environment designed to feel like home rather than an institution. Compensation ranges from $39.50 to $43.50 per hour.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status and develop or update individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols and physician orders
• Monitor vital signs, observe residents' conditions, and communicate any changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate services with other healthcare professionals
• Respond promptly to residents' needs and ensure comfort and well-being
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and documentation

Requirements

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrated commitment to person-centered care and resident dignity
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based healthcare environment
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
