About the Role

As an LNA, HHA, or Caregiver at Benchmark Senior Living, you'll be the heart of our community in Nashua, providing hands-on, personalized support to residents within a warm, welcoming, and home-like setting. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for caring individuals who find purpose in helping others live with dignity and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, person-centered daily care to residents in a supportive environment
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Build genuine, trusting relationships that help residents feel safe and valued
• Observe residents' well-being and promptly communicate changes to the nursing team
• Contribute to a clean, comfortable, and home-like atmosphere across the community

Qualifications

• Active certification as an LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant), CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), or HHA (Home Health Aide), or relevant caregiving experience
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach to senior care
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts on-site in Nashua, Hillsborough County
