About the Role
As an RN in the Bentonville Emergency Department, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care during night shifts. This is a part-time position of approximately 24 hours per week, supporting a busy emergency setting where critical thinking and steady judgment matter most.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care guided by the full nursing process — assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Coordinate and direct nursing care for emergency patients according to established standards and protocols.
- Continuously monitor patient status and adjust care plans as conditions change.
- Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and the wider care team to ensure safe, effective treatment.

Qualifications
