What You'll Do

  • Conduct laboratory tests ranging from routine to high complexity on blood, serum, plasma, and body fluid specimens

  • Prepare, process, and analyze specimens according to established laboratory protocols
  • Document and verify test results with meticulous attention to accuracy and detail
  • Communicate with supervisory staff and clinical departments regarding specimen quality and test findings
  • Maintain laboratory safety and organization standards

What We're Looking For

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science, clinical laboratory science, or equivalent field
  • Current or pathway-eligible certification through ASCP, NCA, or equivalent (Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician)
  • Working knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, specimen handling, and basic phlebotomy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated clinical team
  • Commitment to precision, accuracy, and reliability in a dynamic healthcare environment
