What You'll Do
- Conduct laboratory tests ranging from routine to high complexity on blood, serum, plasma, and body fluid specimens
- Operate clinical laboratory instrumentation while maintaining quality assurance standards and equipment logs
- Prepare, process, and analyze specimens according to established laboratory protocols
- Document and verify test results with meticulous attention to accuracy and detail
- Communicate with supervisory staff and clinical departments regarding specimen quality and test findings
- Maintain laboratory safety and organization standards
What We're Looking For
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science, clinical laboratory science, or equivalent field
- Current or pathway-eligible certification through ASCP, NCA, or equivalent (Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician)
- Working knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, specimen handling, and basic phlebotomy
- Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated clinical team
- Commitment to precision, accuracy, and reliability in a dynamic healthcare environment
- Dependable attendance and willingness to meet operational flexibility needs
