About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead client engagements that span strategy development, large-scale business transformation, and technology-driven organizational change. Working within multidisciplinary teams, you'll partner directly with enterprise leadership to diagnose complex business challenges, design innovative solutions, and execute sustainable improvements across operations, go-to-market strategies, and organizational performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead and shape client strategy work, from diagnostic phases through implementation, working across C-suite, operating unit, and functional leadership
• Drive transformation initiatives focused on enterprise performance, cost optimization, growth acceleration, and operational efficiency
• Design and deliver technology-enabled solutions that solve critical business challenges in evolving industry landscapes
• Manage client relationships, translate complex requirements into actionable recommendations, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with specialists in technology, operations, and industry domains
• Contribute to proposal development, capability building, and thought leadership for your practice area

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as a Deloitte consultant or GSAP professional, with demonstrated impact on client transformation work
• Proven ability to lead strategy and transformation engagements with enterprise clients across multiple industries
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills—capable of translating complex data into clear strategy
• Experience managing client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
• Ability to work in matrix teams and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; advanced degree or relevant professional certification a plus
