About the Role
As a Retail Security Officer with Andy Frain Services, you'll be the frontline guardian of our client locations. You'll work full-time to ensure the safety and security of properties, assets, and people through vigilant monitoring, professional customer engagement, and effective emergency response. This role requires someone who maintains unwavering situational awareness and takes pride in delivering reliable, professional security services.
What You'll Do
- Monitor assigned premises and surrounding areas with constant awareness of all activity and potential security concerns
- Conduct regular patrols of retail locations to deter theft, vandalism, and other security threats
- Build positive relationships with customers, business partners, and site management
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and fire departments when incidents occur or assistance is needed
- Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents and suspicious activity
- Document observations and incidents clearly through written reports
- Verify credentials and control access to restricted areas according to post orders
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and client-specific procedures
- Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
