Lee Company is hiring a full-time Industrial HVAC Technician to join FM2, our facility maintenance and management division. We serve industrial and commercial customers throughout the Atoka and Tipton County area and need an experienced technician to install, repair, and maintain critical climate control and refrigeration systems.
About the Role
As part of Lee Company's FM2 team, you'll provide essential HVAC and refrigeration support to industrial and commercial clients. You'll work on diverse equipment in different customer environments, tackling installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance. This is a hands-on role where your technical skills directly impact your clients' operations and business continuity.
What You'll Do
- Install commercial and industrial HVAC equipment including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, heating units, furnaces, boilers, and refrigeration components
- Diagnose and repair equipment failures, including hermetic compressors, electric motors, burners, and other critical components
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent costly downtime
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to root cause and resolve problems efficiently
- Respond to urgent service calls and emergency repairs
- Work safely with complex systems and maintain detailed service records
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience as a Commercial or Industrial HVAC Technician
- Deep technical knowledge of heating, cooling, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Hands-on problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Relevant technical certifications or state licenses where required
- Reliable transportation and availability for service calls
- Commitment to safety, quality work, and customer service
