About This Position

The Retail Marketing Manager, National will recommend and execute Retail Marketing strategies for key national accounts. You'll drive integrated marketing programs that enhance brand awareness and business results. Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of go-to-market planning, leading cross-functional teams, and influencing cross-departmental strategy to ensure seamless execution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend Retail Marketing strategies for select key National Accounts
• Ensure seamless execution of approved marketing programs across priority accounts
• Leverage deep expertise in the national channel retail landscape to shape cross-functional direction
• Lead cross-functional teams (Sales and Marketing) to deliver high-impact programs from concept to market activation
• Influence and connect with key stakeholders to drive integrated, account-specific marketing initiatives

Who We're Looking For

• Adept at developing and executing Retail Marketing strategies for national accounts
• Experienced in leading cross-functional teams across Sales and Marketing
• Strong understanding of the National Channel retail landscape
• Proven ability to influence cross-departmental strategy and drive integrated marketing programs
