The Run Research Lab Operations Associate Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the lab operates flawlessly by overseeing equipment maintenance, calibration, and continuous improvement of physical infrastructure and testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable, accurate, and well-maintained tools for researchers to execute world-class biomechanics, physiology, and mind performance research
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Run Research Lab’s physical infrastructure and equipment
• Create and maintain detailed records of all lab operations and equipment status
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• Collaborate with research teams to ensure their needs are met and that they have access to the necessary tools for successful experiments

Who We're Looking For

We seek a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who can manage complex systems and prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in laboratory management or a related field, with a strong background in equipment maintenance and calibration. A passion for running and movement science is preferred.
