Position Summary

What You'll Do
- Support a friendly and approachable Partner who acts for some of Australia's largest residential property developers, commercial and industrial builders, civil contractors, and more.
- Assist with the preparation and management of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other relevant paperwork.
- Contribute to project management tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assignments.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining client files.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a legal assistant role within the construction or property law sector.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Broad knowledge of legal terminology and processes is advantageous.
