What You'll Do

• Assist with due diligence for clients in the banking and finance sector
• Conduct research on regulatory requirements and market trends
• Support senior associates and partners in drafting legal documents and reports
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations
• Prepare financial statements, projections, and other analytical materials

What You Bring

• NQ-2 years PQE with experience in banking and finance law
• A strong academic background in law or a related field
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
