Join The ODP Group, LLC as a Retail Assistant Store Manager in College Station, Brazos County, where you'll help lead store operations and build a high-performing retail team. About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at our College Station location, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to ensure our retail operations run smoothly and profitably. You'll be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for motivating staff, maintaining store standards, and delivering the service our customers expect every day.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Store Manager in all daily operations, from opening and closing procedures to inventory management and freight processing
  • Lead, train, and mentor store associates to build a productive, engaged team
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance to create an inviting shopping environment
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, receiving, stocking, and logistics operations
  • Drive sales performance by implementing strategies that meet store targets and grow customer satisfaction
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing levels, and performance management
  • Respond to customer concerns and ensure exceptional service standards throughout your shift
  • Monitor loss prevention and security protocols
