The ODP Group, LLC is hiring a full-time Retail General Manager in London, Laurel County to lead one of our Office Depot OfficeMax retail locations and shape an exceptional in-store experience.
About the Role
As the Retail General Manager in London, you take full ownership of your store's performance. You will be the driving force behind sales growth, service excellence, and operational profitability, while cultivating a customer-first culture across the entire location. This on-site leadership position with The ODP Group, LLC puts you at the center of every result your store delivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow total sales and services revenue across the location.
- Deliver results against goals for sales, services, operating profit, and overall store performance.
- Champion a strong sales and service culture that elevates every customer interaction.
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth, efficient execution.
- Build and strengthen meaningful customer and community relationships that reflect the Office Depot OfficeMax brand.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, ideally at a store management level.
- A track record of driving sales, services, and profitability results.
- Strong people-management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Solid understanding of retail operations and the customer experience.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site at our London, Laurel County location.
