The Opportunity
Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential school for pre-K–12 students, is seeking compassionate Residential Youth Caregivers to support the daily home life of its students. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment, supervising routines, assisting with homework, teaching essential life skills, and encouraging positive behavior among our students.

Core Duties
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with educational and support staff to ensure the holistic development of students
- Maintaining a safe and clean living space for all residents
- Providing emotional support and guidance to foster personal growth
- Participating in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities
- Documenting student progress and communicating with parents/guardians as needed

- A deep commitment to supporting the well-being of young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in youth development or related field is preferred but not required
- Patient, empathetic, and able to handle challenging situations with grace
