This includes supervising after-school activities and managing household responsibilities to ensure a structured and supportive living environment.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support students' daily routines, ensuring they adhere to school policies and guidelines.
• Foster an environment that promotes social and emotional growth through positive interactions and guidance.
• Model positive values and life skills, serving as a role model for the students.
• Manage household responsibilities, including meal preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of living spaces.
• Supervise after-school activities to ensure student safety and engagement in extracurricular programs.

Requirements

• Dedication to the mission and values of Milton Hershey School.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with children, preferably in a residential setting.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for school-related duties.
• Experience in managing household operations and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Pediatric first aid and CPR certification required.
