What This Role Involves
We are currently seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Caregivers to join our team in Norwell, Massachusetts. As a member of our dedicated staff, you will provide essential care and support to our elderly residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate patient needs and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition intake.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the care team promptly.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact on people's lives.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
