Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate In-Home Caregivers to join our expanding team at Village Caregiving in Savage, Minnesota. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing essential personal care services.

What You'll Do

• Remind clients to take prescribed medications
• Aid with daily living activities such as bathing and dressing
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition support
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients at home
• Support clients in maintaining their independence while providing necessary assistance

Qualifications

• Passionate, motivated, and organized individual
• Valid CNA certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Able to work flexible hours as needed by clients
• Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds (with assistance if necessary)

Village Caregiving offers competitive hourly wages starting from $18 to $22 per hour. We provide a daily pay option, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity for 401k eligibility after one year of service.
