The Opportunity
Thrive USA Home Care is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate care in the homes of our clients. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $19 to $20 and includes flexible scheduling options, allowing you to work as much or as little as desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Maintain a safe environment for clients by adhering to safety protocols and performing regular checks.
- Ensure the well-being of clients through monitoring health conditions and reporting any changes to medical staff.
- Document care provided accurately and promptly in accordance with Thrive USA Home Care policies.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for individuals who possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality, personalized care. Successful candidates will have:
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent experience in home health.
- A valid CPR/First Aid certification.
- The ability to pass a background check and meet all state licensing requirements for caregivers.
