Position Summary

As a Residential Lawn Specialist/Aerator, you'll perform specialized lawn treatments and aeration services for homeowner clients throughout the Fishers area. Your work combines hands-on technical skills with direct customer interaction, delivering measurable results that enhance lawn health and curb appeal. You'll operate industry-standard equipment, follow proven treatment protocols, and represent TruGreen's commitment to quality service on every residential property.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform residential lawn aeration using specialized aerator equipment on customer properties
• Execute lawn care treatments including fertilization, seeding, and seasonal applications according to service plans
• Inspect lawns and diagnose turf conditions to recommend appropriate services to homeowners
• Maintain and troubleshoot lawn care equipment to ensure reliable operation
• Interact professionally with residential customers, explain services, and address questions or concerns
• Complete service documentation and follow company safety and quality standards on every job
• Meet daily and weekly service schedules across assigned residential accounts in the Fishers area

What We're Looking For

• Experience with lawn aeration, lawn care equipment, or related landscape maintenance work
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physical capability to operate equipment and perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and consistent punctuality
• Strong customer service and communication skills

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
