About the Role

As a Residential Lawn Specialist/Aerator with TruGreen in Lake Oswego, you'll be part hands-on technician and part turf expert, working directly on customer properties to keep their grass green and growing. This on-site, full-time position is based out of 5655 SW Willow Lane, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97035, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and building lasting relationships with the homeowners they serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional lawn care and core aeration services to residential customers throughout the Lake Oswego and Clackamas County area.
• Assess the condition of each lawn and recommend the right treatments to encourage strong, healthy turf growth.
• Operate aeration equipment and apply lawn care products safely and according to TruGreen standards.
• Build trust with homeowners by providing reliable service and clear, helpful guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of services completed at each property.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in lawn care, landscaping, or hands-on outdoor work.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong customer service skills and a dependable, detail-oriented approach.
