Position Summary

As Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 at our Clinton Township location, you'll serve as a key leader on the sales floor and in store operations. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll drive daily operations, inspire your team, and help achieve store sales and community service goals. This role is perfect for a motivated retail professional ready for leadership responsibility in a part-time capacity.

What You'll Do

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, staff scheduling, and sales performance
• Lead and mentor team members to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and inventory standards aligned with brand guidelines
• Assist with loss prevention, cash handling, and end-of-shift procedures
