Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers, understanding their fandom interests, and helping them find products that matter to them
- Stock, organize, and replenish merchandise throughout the store to maintain an inviting shopping environment
- Execute merchandising strategies to highlight new arrivals and seasonal collections
- Share your authentic knowledge of music, bands, TV shows, movies, and pop culture to build meaningful connections with customers
- Process transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Support the team in achieving sales goals and store standards
