Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and customer service delivery
• Support store leadership in team coordination and supervision
• Help maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and compliance standards
• Contribute to inventory management and stock organization
• Mentor team members and model BoxLunch & Hot Topic's customer-first values
• Create a welcoming environment that celebrates pop culture and connects with our customers

What You Bring

• Retail or customer service experience, ideally in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed by the store
