Key Responsibilities

• Back up store leadership in running day-to-day operations and keeping the customer experience front and center.
• Help fellow fans discover and grab the merch they're after, from new arrivals to hard-to-find favorites.
• Share your knowledge of music and pop culture to coach and train new team members.
• Support the crew during busy shifts so the store stays welcoming, organized, and on-brand.
• Contribute to the team's overall success by modeling great service and a fan-first attitude.
