About the Role
As a Registered Dietitian with DiningRD in Scottsdale, you will provide nutritional care across skilled care settings, with additional scheduled support at two assisted living facilities. This position can be filled by a single RD or shared between two clinicians, offering flexibility for candidates seeking either a part-time or full-time commitment. Onsite visits take place Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with a typical schedule of 24 to 36 hours each week, plus an additional 12 hours every quarter dedicated to the assisted living communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete regular onsite visits at skilled care communities throughout the week
- Deliver quarterly nutritional support at two assisted living facilities
- Assess residents' dietary needs and develop individualized nutrition plans
- Collaborate with care teams to promote resident health and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with care community standards
Qualifications
- Credentialed Registered Dietitian (RD)
- Availability for onsite visits Monday through Friday during regular business hours
- Able to commit to roughly 24–36 hours weekly, with an extra 12 hours per quarter
- Experience in skilled care or assisted living settings is an asset
