About the Role
This is a 20-hour-per-week position running Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with Home To Stay Home Care Solutions. You'll deliver hands-on personal care in a home setting, supporting a client's daily living needs with compassion and professional attention.
What You'll Do
- Assist with bathing, sponge baths, and personal hygiene
- Help with dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide safe ambulation and transferring assistance
- Prepare lunch and light meal service
- Support bedtime routines and evening preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support throughout your shifts
What We're Looking For
- Active, valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
- Comfort working with household pets (this client has a friendly dog)
- Reliable, punctual attendance for the Monday through Friday schedule
- Strong interpersonal and caregiving skills
- Ability to safely assist with mobility and personal care
