About the Role
This is your opportunity to leverage your landscaping expertise while building a strong client base across Weymouth and surrounding communities. You'll partner with CAM RESOURCES INC to provide comprehensive outdoor design and maintenance services for residential properties, working directly with homeowners to realize their landscaping goals.
What You'll Do
- Design custom residential gardens and outdoor layouts based on client preferences and property conditions
- Install and maintain lawns through grading, seeding, aeration, fertilization, and seasonal care
- Build and install hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures
- Perform routine landscape maintenance such as pruning, trimming, edging, and seasonal cleanup
- Source and select quality plants and materials appropriate for each residential project
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication from start to completion
- Deliver consistent, professional-quality work that reflects your standards
