About the Role
The Care Transition Unit serves patients moving through critical phases of recovery and discharge planning. As Team Lead on nights, you'll oversee unit operations during evening and overnight hours, supporting both your nursing team and the patients and families in your care. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor the nursing team during night shifts, fostering professional development and ensuring high standards of patient care
