Lancesoft INC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in Tallahassee, Leon County. This full-time night shift position offers rotating weekend schedules and the opportunity to deliver high-acuity emergency nursing care in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment.

About the Role

As an ED Registered Nurse with Lancesoft INC, you'll be at the center of emergency patient care delivery in Tallahassee. Working nights with rotating weekends, you'll provide individualized, compassionate nursing support to patients and families during their most urgent medical moments. You'll partner with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure every patient receives thoughtful, responsive emergency care.

What You'll Do

• Assess patient conditions, presenting complaints, vital signs, and immediate clinical needs upon arrival and throughout their ED visit
• Perform emergency procedures, administer medications, and implement critical care protocols under physician direction
• Teach patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, discharge instructions, and post-emergency self-care
• Manage patient documentation, triage coordination, flow logistics, and handoff communication with day-shift teams
• Respond to code situations and acute deterioration with clinical judgment and emergency response expertise
• Maintain a safe environment and support all team members in delivering compassionate, evidence-based emergency nursing

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience in an emergency department setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities in high-acuity environments
• Ability to maintain composure, focus, and clinical effectiveness during code situations and patient crises
• Professional communication and collaborative teamwork skills in fast-paced healthcare settings
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered emergency nursing care
